"I FOUND A COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF MY PROBLEMS" I am a reserve officer who retired from the Armed Forces in 1989. During this time, I worked in several commercial structures, but for various reasons I was not satisfied with working there. Therefore, I applied to the district employment service. And immediately faced with an obstacle-my age. As I was told, current employers prefer to hire younger people. Then I was recommended to go to Poklonnaya Gora in the Kutuzovsky International Exhibition Center. Here I was met with a full understanding of my problems. Taking into account my education, specialty, age, and previous work experience, they picked up a vacancy within a month, which I took advantage of. Now I am responsible for all the electrical facilities of the Tatarstan representative office in Moscow. I like my work and find it satisfying, but it doesn't cover my material needs, especially recently. Probably, soon I will go again "on a bow" in "Kutuzovsky".
