ARMED FORCES
With a sharp transition of society to market relations, the Armed Forces adapt to new conditions much more painfully, more problematic and longer than other state institutions. Unfortunately, most officers receive ideas about market relations not at the philistine level, but at a fairly professional, to some extent scientific level only after being discharged from the reserve. At the same time, a person in uniform, whether he is a commander or an educator, an economic manager or a technician, should organize his service not tomorrow, but today, now, in a different coordinate system. When opening a new category, we would like it to become a help, a kind of hint for our readers. But, of course, with your own, dear readers, active participation. Write to us, share your experience, ask questions, help with tips, and engage in polemics. Let's learn together what we didn't learn in school, college, or academy.
